Meetings
What to Expect at Our Meetings:
Open Discussions: Every meeting includes an open discussion where members can share their experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space. Whether you want to speak up or just listen, you are welcome here.
Informational Slideshows: We present slideshows on a variety of mental health topics, from managing anxiety and stress to practicing mindfulness and self-care. Each session is designed to be engaging and relevant to the challenges that students face.
Calming Activities: After our discussions and presentations, we engage in activities like guided meditation and creative expression through art and writing to help everyone unwind.
service learning
Our service learning projects are a great way to make a positive impact across our community. Here are some of the projects we’re working on:
Mental Health Awareness Campaigns: Help us create and distribute informational pamphlets and social media content to raise awareness about mental health issues and resources available to students.
Support for Local Shelters: Join us in organizing drives to collect essential items for local shelters that support individuals facing homelessness and mental health challenges.
Peer Support Program: Become part of a peer support network where you can offer help to fellow students in need.
